Charges
When seeking help it is natural to wonder "how much will this cost me?" Given the dynamic nature of how different insurance companies and individual policies within each insurance company work, it is difficult to anticipate what those costs may be in the abstract. Most people that I work with opt to use their insurance and, once we have spoken and I have the information related to your policy, I can research that information for you. Others prefer to pay for therapy out of pocket for a variety of reasons, including concerns related to privacy. I typically charge $250 for a first appointment and $200 per hour for subsequent sessions. Most sessions last approximately 55 minutes.
